Tyler Walton of Newcastle Thunder successfully challenged a Grade E charge of headbutting in a Betfred League One fixture at Swinton Lions on July 13.
The independent Operational Rules Tribunal accepted the player’s not guilty plea – so there is no impact on his disciplinary record, and he is free to play in Sunday’s home fixture against North Wales Crusaders.
